• International Departure Tax cannot be paid at airports and will be collected online.
• Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid.
• At the time of reservation, our guests' passport number, date of birth and passport issuance/expiration date information must be obtained.
• Tour participants are required to have their Travel Insurance with them during the trip.
• It is recommended that you pay the International Exit Tax to the relevant banks before the travel date and keep the receipt with you during your travel.
• The agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• The days of the extra tours can be changed by the guide, depending on the number of participants (minimum 20 people), the closure of the museum and archaeological site, and any changes in flight times, provided that the content is adhered to.
• Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours designed to introduce cities. Panoramic city tours do not include entrance to museums or historical sites, but are intended to provide general information about the city. Some tours may be conducted on closed roads or in areas where vehicles are not permitted, using public transport or on foot, if available.
• On additional tours along the way, guests who will not be joining the tour will wait at a rest stop designated by the guide (gas station, rest stop, market, etc.).
• Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed.
• For reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child rates only apply if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child of the same age group staying with two adults.
• Breakfasts at hotels in the destination countries vary from Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are usually continental (tea/coffee, croissants, and marmalade) served in a separate room.
• Hotel check-in times are determined by international rules, and check-in is between 14:00 and 15:00. Check-out times are between 10:00 and 12:00.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale with multiple hotel options. For programs with multiple hotel options, the guide and transfer vehicle may be the same.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used further away from the specified locations or kilometers away.
• For promotional tours, the location and content of our hotels may differ from our standard packages. Guests cannot cancel or change our promotional tours.
• In cases where minors under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be with them during the trip.
• Tours can be combined with other agency tours.
• The program may change depending on flight times.
• On some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to charges.
• There is absolutely no guarantee of a seat number on our bus tours when booking. The type of vehicle used on our bus tours is determined by the number of participants.
• Our guests who will travel with a Turkish Green Passport are required to renew their passports if their passport is older than 10 years.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country you are visiting due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the passports in question must be renewed, and if the country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility rests with the passenger.
• After the travel end date, passport validity periods vary by country, ranging from a minimum of three months to one year. You can find information on passport validity periods required by each country by clicking here  . Otherwise, our guests may be denied entry by the country's passport control officers.
• Guests traveling to the Schengen area with any passport type may be asked to renew their passport if it is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
• Turkish citizens who will participate in trips to destinations where a Schengen visa is required must check the validity of their visa, whether it is multiple entries, and whether it has expired.
• Even if they are Turkish citizens, our guests who will travel abroad with a passport from a different country must contact the relevant consulate to obtain information about whether visa requirements are applicable in the country(ies) they will be traveling to.
• Visa fees are non-refundable in the event of tour cancellation. Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. Tatilsepeti.com is not responsible for this; the responsibility rests with the guest (passenger).
• If the required number of participants is not met, trips cannot be held or prices for extra trips vary depending on the content, the vehicle to be used and the number of participants.
